1. Ductile iron manhole cover
We manufacture ductile cast iron manhole covers, using static pressure line casting process. My factory has 200 workers, produces 70 tons of manhole covers every day. We have our own blast furnace, therefore,No the secondary melting molten iron water,So we can supply good price for our celient. At present, our annual production of 200000 tons pig iron by hot blast furnace, a 3 tons of electric furnace 2 sets, tensile test, pressure test, Optical Spectrum Analyzer and other testing equipment complete.D.I manhole covers are  made according to BSEN124 standard. We have carried out export businesses to Turkey, Singapore, Italy, Saudi Arabia, Dubai etc.

2. Ductile Iron Pipes
We supply and export "SUNS" D. I. pipes. The brand of "SUNS" enjoys a high reputation throughout China and the whole world. Our D.I pipes are designed and made according to EN545-2010, EN598-2007, and ISO2531-2009  standards, pushed on "T" joints, K9, 6m and 5.6m in length, according to the specification of DN80-DN800. Inside our pipes, we have cement lining, which differs into Portland cement or high alumina cement, depending on supply or drainage pipes. It complies with the standard ISO4179 . Metallic Zinc can be made upon the client requirement, usually 130g/㎡ 200g/㎡ in thickness, complying with the standard ISO8179. The bitumen sprayed outside is usually ≥70um.
Our D.I Pipes factory has been certified by ISO9001-2000 and gets the "BV" inspection certificate. For many years, we have exported D.I pipes to Europe, Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa etc. We also do OEM or ODM for our clients.
3. Ductile Iron Fittings
We manufacture ductile iron fittings with the adoption of the Lost-Form techniques. The D.I fittings are made according  to EN545-2010, EN598-2007 and ISO2531-2009 standard, pushed on "T" joints, "K" joints, and PN10, PN16, PN25 flange joints, with the standards of DN80-DN1600. Inside, we have cement lining, which differs into Portland cement or high alumina cement.It complies with the standard ISO4179 . Metallic Zinc can be made upon the client requirement, usually 200g/㎡in thickness, complying with the standard ISO8179. The bitumen sprayed outside is usually ≥70um. And we also provide epoxy resin and polyurethane coating inside and outside, whose thicknesses is determined upon our clients'request.
Our fittings are suitable for Xinxing pipes, Saint-Gobin pipes, Suns pipes, Yongtong pipes as an integrity. We also supply OEM and ODM services for our clients. We have exports businesses in Spain, Italy, Canada, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, Sri Lanka and Algeria etc.
4. Rubber Gaskets for D.I pipes and fittings
We manufacture rubber gaskets for ductile iron pipes and fittings. The raw materials are SBR, EPDM, and NBR. Our  rubber gaskets are made according to ISO4633, BS4504, EN681-2003 standards. We supply rubber gaskets for many D.I pipe factories, such as Xinxing pipe factory, Suns pipe factory, Yongtong pipe factory. And they are partly or completely getting the rubber gaskets from our factory. Some overseas clients order and purchase rubber gaskets directly from us. We provide OEM or ODM services as well.
